Website and domain inquiry terms
WAY2.me is a portfolio website for domains owned by its operator. Visitors may express interest and discuss possible terms, but no domain purchase, payment or transfer is completed on this website.
Last updated: August 17, 2026
1. Scope
These Terms govern access to the WAY2.me website, its domain listings, inquiry forms, private inquiry rooms and related communications. In these Terms, “WAY2.me” means the portfolio service and its operator.
By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the inquiry or communication features.
2. Portfolio-only service
WAY2.me presents domains from the operator's own portfolio. It is not an open marketplace, auction platform, broker, registrar, escrow agent, payment service or legal, tax, trademark or investment adviser.
The website only supports discovery, expressions of interest and preliminary communication. It does not itself execute a purchase or transfer ownership of a domain.
3. Listings are not binding offers
Every listing, asking price, minimum amount, availability indicator, transfer-status notice, fee estimate and other description is informational and an invitation to make contact. It is not a legally binding offer, guarantee or promise that a domain will remain available.
WAY2.me may change, reserve, withdraw or stop discussing a domain at any time before a separate transaction agreement is concluded. An inquiry does not reserve a domain, create exclusivity or give the visitor priority over another interested party.
4. Inquiries and negotiation messages
Amounts and messages submitted through the website are non-binding expressions of interest. The same applies to replies and negotiation messages sent through a private inquiry room or by email.
Interface and communication labels such as “offer”, “counter offer”, “accepted”, “rejected”, “current terms” or similar status descriptions are workflow labels only. They record the state of a discussion and do not by themselves create acceptance, a purchase agreement, a payment obligation or a duty to transfer a domain.
Either side may end the discussion before a separate transaction agreement has been concluded. Visitors must provide accurate contact details and may communicate only for legitimate domain-acquisition purposes.
5. Separate transaction required
A domain transaction is formed only outside this website after the prospective buyer and the operator expressly enter into a separate written domain purchase agreement and accept the applicable external escrow and transfer instructions. Until then, both sides intend that their discussions remain non-binding.
The separate transaction documents will identify the domain, final price and currency, allocation of fees, payment method, transfer route and any additional conditions. If those documents conflict with these website Terms, the separate transaction documents control for that transaction.
6. Payments, fees and estimates
WAY2.me does not collect purchase payments through this website. Any transaction payment is handled by the separately agreed external escrow provider under that provider's own terms, verification requirements and availability rules.
Displayed escrow fees, buyer totals and seller proceeds are estimates based on publicly available information. Final fees, taxes, payment-method charges, currency conversion and provider availability can differ. Each party is responsible for its own taxes and professional advice.
7. Domain availability and transfer
Domain availability and transfer timing depend on the registry, registrar, escrow provider and the parties' cooperation. Transfers may be delayed or prevented by registrar locks, recent registration or registrant changes, disputes, expiration, verification requirements, technical problems or applicable policies and laws.
No transfer date is guaranteed on the website. Any binding transfer obligations must be stated in the separate transaction agreement.
8. Visitor responsibilities
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another person, scrape the service in a disruptive manner, or use inquiry tools for spam, harassment or automated solicitation.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to act for any company or other person named in an inquiry and that your use of the website complies with applicable law.
9. Independent checks before acquisition
Domain ownership does not provide trademark, company-name, social-media, regulatory or other third-party rights. Prospective buyers must independently assess trademarks, naming conflicts, intended use, history, traffic, search visibility, technical suitability and legal restrictions before entering a transaction.
Unless expressly included in a separate transaction agreement, no representation is made about commercial success, traffic, rankings, revenue, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from third-party claims.
10. Intellectual property and third-party services
The website design, copy, graphics and portfolio presentation may be protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant a right to reproduce or commercially reuse that material except as permitted by mandatory law.
Links and integrations involving registrars, escrow providers or other third parties are provided for convenience. Those services are independent, and their own terms and privacy practices apply.
11. Website availability and warranties
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. WAY2.me does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information, continued availability of any feature or that every message or email will be delivered. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Liability
WAY2.me remains fully liable where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulently concealed defects, expressly assumed guarantees and liability under mandatory product-liability law.
For slight negligence, liability applies only to a breach of an essential contractual duty and is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the free website service. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. These limitations also apply to the operator's legal representatives and agents.
13. Privacy and security
Personal data submitted through inquiries and communications is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping private inquiry links confidential and must notify WAY2.me if you believe a link has been accessed without authorization.
14. Changes and access restrictions
WAY2.me may update these Terms prospectively when the website, legal requirements or inquiry process changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes do not retroactively create a transaction or alter a separately concluded agreement.
Access to inquiry features may be restricted or suspended to protect the website, comply with law or prevent misuse.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These website Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of habitual residence.
Mandatory rules determine the courts available to consumers. For merchants, legal entities under public law and persons without a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the competent courts at the operator's German place of business have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
16. General and contact
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms do not create partnership, agency, brokerage or fiduciary duties.
Questions about the website or an inquiry can be sent to mail@way2.me.
